1. Scope of application


1.1. This Return Policy applies to all purchases made in our online store by consumers from the EU and the Netherlands.
1.2. The provisions on the right of withdrawal, deadlines and the procedure for returns comply with the requirements of EU and Dutch law (right of withdrawal: 14 days, seller’s obligations to reimburse payments, etc.).

2. Right of withdrawal and deadlines


2.1. You may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days, starting from the day on which you receive the goods. This is the minimum period established by EU law.
2.2. If we did not provide the consumer with the required information about the right of withdrawal, the period may be extended (see EU requirements).

3. Conditions for returning goods


3.1. Returns for all goods are possible only if the following conditions are met: the goods are returned in their original/factory condition, undamaged and with complete original packaging and accessories. The buyer must take care of the goods and not use them beyond what is necessary to assess their characteristics and functioning (the right to try on). If the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling them beyond that necessary, the seller may deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.
3.2. Exceptions: goods to which the right of withdrawal does not apply under the Directive/national law (for example, custom-made/personalised goods, sealed hygiene items if the packaging has been opened) are not returnable on the basis of withdrawal. Please check the product description on the product page — it will state whether the item can be returned.

4. Special requirements for large/pallet shipments (salon furniture, equipment, etc.)


4.1. If the item was delivered on a pallet (e.g., chairs, large furniture, equipment), return is possible only if the original packaging and the pallet are preserved — the return must be prepared in the same condition as you received the shipment (including the pallet). This is necessary because such shipments are accepted and tracked as pallet freight.
4.2. Before sending a return of a pallet shipment, please send photos of the packed goods and pallet to our e‑mail — we will confirm readiness for collection/acceptance. (Operational details are included in the store procedures.)

5. Return shipping costs and reimbursement


5.1. If you withdraw from the purchase (for reasons not related to a defect or a warranty case), the costs of return shipping (return freight) are borne by the buyer. This also applies to pallet shipments.
5.2. If the return is due to a defect or if the item does not correspond to the description, the seller pays the return shipping costs; in such cases the seller will arrange delivery of the item to the seller’s warehouse. This is in accordance with the law: in cases of defect/non-conformity the seller bears the costs of return.
5.3. The seller will reimburse the amounts paid by the buyer (the price of the goods and, according to the law, the standard cost of delivery at the time of purchase) within 14 days of receiving notice of the right of withdrawal and/or receipt of the returned goods or confirmation of dispatch by the buyer; the seller may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or confirmation of dispatch.

6. Procedure for ordering a courier pick‑up through the seller (for large shipments)


6.1. If you do not wish to organize the return shipping of a large/pallet shipment yourself, you may request that the seller arrange collection by seller courier.
6.2. The seller will send you a cost estimate for the courier service (a quote). Only after your explicit acceptance of the quoted amount will this sum be deducted from the refund (or invoiced to you, depending on the arrangement). The seller will not initiate a paid collection before receiving your consent. (This is our company’s internal commercial practice — the customer’s consent is mandatory.)

7. How to register a return and refund deadlines


7.1. To register a return please complete the return form in your account or contact us via the contact form / e‑mail. We will send instructions on preparing the shipment and (if necessary) a shipping label.
7.2. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the date the seller receives notice of withdrawal and/or receives the returned goods (or confirmation of dispatch) in accordance with EU requirements. Refunds are made to the same payment method used for payment unless otherwise agreed.

8. Packaging and preparation of goods for return


8.1. Goods must be securely packaged and, where possible, in the original packaging. Goods without their original packaging may not be accepted for return under the 14‑day right and may be returned to the buyer (if applicable).
8.2. For pallet shipments: the item must be returned on the pallet in the original/brand packaging in the same condition as when received. Attach a photo of the packaging and pallet and send it to our e‑mail for confirmation of readiness.

9. Reduction in value of the goods and deductions


9.1. If the goods are returned showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess their characteristics, or if the original packaging/accessories are missing, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the actual reduction in value of the goods. This is in line with EU rules on reimbursement where the value of the goods has been diminished because of handling beyond what is permitted.

10. Defects, warranty cases and quality returns


10.1. If a defect, non‑conformity to the description or other warranty grounds are discovered, contact our support service; we will arrange the return and will cover the delivery costs to the seller’s warehouse (if required for inspection and return) in accordance with warranty obligations and the law.
10.2. We recommend attaching photos/videos and a description of the defect when contacting us — this will speed up processing and the decision‑making.

11. Information and model withdrawal form


11.1. Information about the right of withdrawal and a model withdrawal form are provided to the buyer when placing the order and in the order confirmation, in accordance with the requirements of the EU and the Netherlands.
